The Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) is an integrated system to measure flow, dust, concentration of air pollutants (such as SO2, NOx, CO, CO2, THC and O2 etc), and other parameters in accordance with the applicable regulations for the emission source. 

Required parameters depend on the type of stationary source.




Equipment technical advantages: 



(1) High reliability 

Standardized and modular design, with simple and reliable components. 

The smoke gas sampling is achieved through automatic closed-loop jet control, which reduces the number of moving parts such as pumps and valves, thereby enhancing reliability. 

The gas analyzer uses a long-lasting ultraviolet pulsed xenon lamp as the light source. 

The temperature, pressure and flow detector adopts an integrated cabinet, featuring a high-precision differential pressure transmitter (with a low detection limit), automatic zero adjustment, automatic backflushing, backflush protection, data upload and display functions. 



(2) Easy to maintain, low maintenance cost 

The installation holes on the platform have been optimized to a total of 3, making the installation wiring process simple and facilitating maintenance. 

The system is in the calibration state, and the amount of calibration gas used has been significantly reduced, effectively shortening the maintenance cycle and lowering the maintenance and usage costs. 

An internal automatic fault diagnosis module is built-in, which can precisely locate the equipment faults to the replaceable modules. This significantly reduces the probability of fault diagnosis errors by maintenance personnel and makes system maintenance simple and convenient. 

Intelligent design, automatic zeroing, can automatically extract air for zeroing at regular intervals. Over-range alarm, humidity alarm, abnormal temperature alarm of the sampling probe, abnormal temperature alarm of the condenser, abnormal heating temperature alarm, and fault alarm. 



(3) The measurement accuracy is high, meeting the monitoring requirements. 

Based on ultraviolet differential absorption spectroscopy (DOAS), the innovative multi-parameter joint estimation and interference cancellation algorithm has achieved extremely low zero-point drift and range drift over a wide temperature range. The detection limits of SO2 and NO* are as low as 0.05 mg/m3. 

The full-space coupled optical path solves the problem of ultraviolet fiber aging; the light transmittance is not affected by aging, temperature, or vibration changes, thereby improving the working stability. 

The particulate matter concentration analyzer adopts the light scattering principle. It has high detection sensitivity, fast response speed, built-in self-correction function, accurate measurement and good stability.
