(VOCs) online monitoring is applicable for the online monitoring of VOCs emissions in various industrial sites such as coal chemical industry, gasification industry, natural gas transmission, oil refining, steel industry, and biopharmaceutical industry, meeting the explosion-proof requirements for hazardous environments.
The system consists of a volatile organic compound monitoring unit, a flue gas parameter monitoring unit, and a data acquisition and processing unit.
The system measures the concentration of volatile organic compounds in the exhaust gas, as well as the parameters of the exhaust gas (temperature, pressure, flow rate or flow volume, humidity, oxygen content or carbon dioxide concentration, etc.), and simultaneously calculates the emission rate and emission volume of pollutants in the exhaust gas.
It displays and prints various parameters, charts, and transmits various data and graphics to the management department.
